Fishnet 

'From fishnet to an public sitting unit'

The idea behind this project is to use a left-over material in the making of a easy-to-set-up sitting/leaning unit for public spaces in urban context. It aims to facilitate awareness and consciousness between poeple and environment in urban contexts.

The research process started by doing some specific experiments on the material such as cutting, burning and stretching for to know the qualities, capabilities and weaknesses of the material. After several stages of experimenting and testing, different design outcomes emerged.
